REASON FOR SELLING THE UNITS
Me (Charmaine Manalo) and my sister (Lorraine Manalo) got our Iphone 5 phones from our godmother (ninang) from London, England as Christmas pasalubong. We decided to sell them because we are already way more more satisfied with our current cellphones. Mine is a Samsung Galaxy S3 while my sister's a Samsung Galaxy Note 2. We don't really appreciate Apple iphones that much.

Note: We are selling the units separately. Units are brand new. Both are factory unlocked and can be used with any sim card (open line) already.

MODE OF PAYMENT:
*Thru my gcash account. It's more convenient for me and I don't usually give out me and my sister's personal bank account for security reasons. I will give out my gcash account to sure buyers only.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:
*Within Zamboanga -- 50 percent of the total price should be deposited in the morning before the meet up. This is to ensure that you are a sure buyer. Let us not waste each other's time. Upon meet up, unit will be given and checked by the buyer, then the rest of the 50 percent will be paid.
*Special Consideration for Zamboanga buyers--
If you are interested and you don't have enough payment, installment basis can be accepted. You can pay 50 percent of the total price of the unit and the balance will be on installment.
REQUIREMENTS FOR INSTALLMENT BASIS
-> a photocopy (colored, if possible) of 2 valid IDs
-> an acknowledgement letter (that includes your full name, address, telephone number or cellphone number and the agreed date of final payment).
The acknowledgement letter will be signed by the seller (me or my sister) and buyer (you) and will be notarized. Again this is for security purposes of both parties.
*Outside Zamboanga --
REQUIREMENTS:
-> 2 scanned valid IDs (with photo and current address)
-> a scanned notarized acknowledgement receipt (with full name, address, telephone number or cellphone number and signature)
-> 20 percent reservation fee plus 50 percent downpayment (an hour or two of the shipment)
Once payment is received, the package will be surrendered to the preferred courier. After the transaction, the receipt will be scanned and will be send to your email. (not later than an hour of the transaction for your convenience). Once scanned receipt has already been received or even the tracking number, you will MUST pay the remaining 30 percent of the total price of the unit. It means that we don't give installment to non-Zamboanga buyers.

MEET UPS/SHIPMENT
*Within Zamboanga -- Me or my sister will do meet ups. Sorry no shipping allowed for Zamboanga buyers. We decided to meet up with buyers at Mister Donut (near Ateneo De Zamboanga University Gate 1). Around 2-4pm. We don't do meet ups in the morning because we have errands to attend to.
*Outside Zamboanga --thru LBC/JRS/Air21 (whichever is convenient to the buyer). Additional 200 pesos for the shipment fee is required.
